of 1 June 2007 - HBF Health Funds,
has decided not to accept claims from any
on-line eyewear provider. This effectively denies their members the opportunity
to be able to purchase low cost glasses so you will most likely have to
pay out of pocket expenses. They have told us they may reverse this decision
if enough of their members complain. If this effects you, you may lodge
